What happens to the documents I mail to you? Do you keep them forever?
Documents sent to us via mail are discarded after 6 weeks of being uploaded to the account. Please do not submit original documents, except for notarized affidavits, as we have no way of getting these back to you.
Upon receipt, the mailed records we receive will be processed into your Magnus account. At which time, you will receive an email confirmation receipt. Once the document is confirmed to be in your account, they are now accessible to you by clicking "view document" as well as the school. This will allow you to download, view or even print the document that you mailed to us.
